Intrex 200+ Label Applicator Machines

Our range of Intrex 200+ label applicator machines are high precision labellers that are perfect for faster production lines. 

With label feed speeds of up to 75M/min, and label widths of up to 220mm, 200+ model applicators offer great versatility.

Versatility has been considered down to every detail of these label applicators, from their ability to meet the most demanding production requirements, down to their modular design, to offer you a solution that can grow and expand with you.

Intrex 200+ label applicator machines feature an external control panel, with full colour and graphic display, to enable ease of use, and the quick and easy creation of messages. 

200+ model applicators have an impressive label receipt memory of up to 100 programs, so you can rest assured that these label applicator machines can meet even the most demanding labelling requirements. 

For higher speed applications, we can supply you with an active rewinder, to help you maximise the 200+ models’ label feeding speed. Larger reels of up to 400mm are also available for high speed applications.

These applicators are easy to integrate into your production line, and can also be supplied with brackets and fittings to connect your labeller to TTO, TIJ, or CIJ printers to enable variable batch code or date coding. 

Intrex 300+ Label Applicator Machines

Running at 140m/min, and able to achieve labelling speeds of up to 600 labels per minute the Intrex 300+ label applicator machines are some of the fastest and most precise labellers on the market.

Partners with Intrex, our range of 300+ models are available as stand-alone units, or can be mounted to an existing machine or conveyor system, offering the flexibility to meet your specific production needs.

The Intrex 300+ can apply two or more labels from one signal offering you greater flexibility than other models.

SET 1001 Label Applicator Machines

Our range of Intrex SET 1001 label applicators are side-belt labelling systems used to apply partial or full-wrap labels to cylindrical products, such as jars, bottles and cans. These models are popular solutions for multi-sided labelling. 

Boasting a labelling capacity of up to 250 products/min, depending on the specification of the product, SET 1001 label applicator machines can apply labels onto products with diameters of 30-100mm and labels up to 160mm wide.

SET 1001 models are available with a range of conveyor lengths (1500mm as standard), making them easy to integrate into your production and packing lines or work standalone. Inkjet or thermal transfer printers can also be integrated to give you variable date and batch coding onto the label prior to application on your products

SET 1101 PLUS Label Applicator Machines

Intrex SET 1101 PLUS models are based on a 3-reel labelling system, and are designed for the precision labelling of cylindrical products like bottles and cans.

SET 2161 PLUS Label Applicator Machines

Intrex SET 2161 PLUS label applicator machines are designed to label large and heavy products, such as buckets, pails, or conical shaped products.

Able to achieve labelling speeds of up to 40 products per minute, SET 2161 PLUS models are perfect for labelling large diameter products up to 300mm high.

These machines feature 4 downthrust rollers, which provide pressure to rotate your products and accurately position your labels. A handle lifting system helps to ensure obstacle-free movement through the labelling system, to accelerate your production. 

SET 2202 PLUS Label Applicator Machines
